Job Type:
Part-Time 25-30 hours/week, Hybrid, Potential for Direct Hire Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced and meticulous Legal Administrative Assistant to join a respected state-wide, law-related, nonprofit organization. This position offers comprehensive onboarding. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and highly organized with strong familiarity in law-related culture. This part-time, hybrid position offers the opportunity to support a nonprofit organization while working 25-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend in-person assignments in various locations throughout Michigan (4-5 times a year). Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for members, managing communication across various channels responding with speed, professionalism, courteousness. Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain member database and follow up communications. Attend committee meetings, as assigned, and manage committee meeting notices. Manage organization's Master Calendar. Support the overall mission of the nonprofit by contributing to administrative processes.
Requirements:
At least 3 years secretarial experience in a law-related business. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Communication platforms. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a friendly, detail-oriented demeanor. Self-motivated and able to quickly learn new systems and processes. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
