Responsibilities:
Handle
TN, H-1B, H-4, L-1, E
Visa, PERM, RFE, adjustment of status, and naturalization filings. Prepare supporting letters, affidavits, and documentation. Manage filing deadlines and client documents. Coordinate translations, foreign document certification, and credential evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred. 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with INSZoom preferred.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
