Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our powerhouse team. This position is on-site in our Detroit office ; remote or hybrid work is not available at this time. The ideal candidate will help drive cases forward from intake to settlement, ensuring every client gets the care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Review and summarize medical records Manage case files, deadlines, and discovery Communicate with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and courts Assist attorneys with trial preparation Coordinate settlements and disbursements

Qualifications:

Experience in personal injury law (litigation and/or pre-litigation) preferred Strong knowledge of Michigan no-fault and personal injury procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail Proficiency in legal software and
