Partner with lending, operations, and legal teams to support loan closings and complex transactions. Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on multi-state and large-scale lending projects. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, and contract-related matters. Manage legal cases, contract administration, and legal service billing processes. Support legal requests from stakeholders, government agencies, regulators, and third parties. Track legal matters, documentation, and deadlines to ensure timely and compliant execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Studies or Pre-Law preferred. 5+ years of business or legal office experience required. 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred. Knowledge of loan documentation, real estate transactions, legal descriptions, and title insurance. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfortable learning new technologies and business systems.
