Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Draft, review, and edit legal documents. Assist attorneys with title law and probate law matters by conducting research and preparing relevant documentation. Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Coordinate project management tasks related to ongoing legal cases. Perform document review to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Provide executive administrative support to senior attorneys as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders. Requirements At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a legal environment. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation practices. Excellent writing skills with attention to detail in drafting legal documents. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
