We are a plaintiff firm focused on personal injury. Charara Lovell & Associates, PLLC is hiring a Paralegal for immediate full time employment. Hourly pay is commiserate with experience but all compensation packages include employer-paid health insurance, three weeks of paid time off, 401k matching, as well a generous bonuses. An ideal candidate has experience in a law firm setting (plaintiff work preferred) and an understanding of State and Federal filing systems. Your primary duties will be to (1) provide administrative support to two attorneys (2) file documents with the courts, (3) coordinate calendars and discovery, and (4) any other related other duties. This position requires professional demeanor and superior phone etiquette; discretion and confidentiality; responsibility; punctuality, reliability; good organizational skills; excellent grammar, spelling, reading, writing and computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and reliable transportation. Experience in a law office is required.
