You'll be instrumental in ensuring fair and timely resolutions, directly supporting customer satisfaction and legal compliance. #LI-NP1
  • What You'll Do:
  • Manage a nationwide docket of breach of warranty claims, primarily stemming from demand letters initiated by individuals through their legal representatives.
Respond to claims, communicate, and negotiate effectively with outside counsel and their paralegals, primarily through professional email correspondence. Maintain meticulous records and track all cases using advanced Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. Efficiently manage a high volume of open cases, ranging from 120 to 180, with a structured ramp-up period to ensure your success. Drive cases to closure within approximately 30 to 45 days, navigating various outcomes including denials, cash settlements, vehicle repurchases, or file closures due to inactivity. Utilize strong organizational skills and calendaring systems to track deadlines, manage your workload proactively, and prevent last-minute issues. Collaborate effectively within a team structure, receiving guidance and oversight from a dedicated Team Lead, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel for tracking and managing extensive data.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with legal professionals and internal teams. Superior organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Readiness to start promptly and engage in virtual training. Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes.
