This role plays a critical part in keeping matters organized, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting the efficient handling of cases from inception through trial.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, revise, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and other litigation-related materialsManage attorney calendars and monitor court deadlinesElectronically file documents in state and federal courtsOrganize and maintain electronic and physical case filesCoordinate service of process and litigation-related logisticsAssist with discovery, pleadings, trial preparation, and document managementCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendorsAssist with billing and other administrative support functions as needed
