Job Description

Litigation Paralegal Salary Range:
$80,000-$110,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Employment Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join a close-knit, upbeat legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working on complex litigation matters, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures. Significant experience handling discovery, including disclosures and other written discovery. Outstanding attitude and customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and efficiency. Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to follow-through. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Superior Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Preferred Experience Employment plaintiff Litigation experience involving trial preparation and trial support. Previous employment law experience. Familiarity with court rules and procedures in out-of-state jurisdictions. Ability to learn new software quickly. Openness to embracing AI tools to streamline legal research, document review, and drafting while supporting complex litigation cases.
