Job Description

RGP Law Ltd. is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team. This role would provide substantive legal work for attorneys who practice in litigation as well as insurance defense. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, be organized, detail oriented and have strong communication, computer and grammar skills. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with civil and commercial litigation, including case preparation, document review, and filing Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage case files using Clio to ensure accurate and organized records Prepare and enter time for self and attorney and submit to billing Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and legal documents Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing deadlines Qualifications Experience supporting litigation teams in a law office environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and document review processes Ability to handle confidential information while maintaining accuracy in data entry and filing procedures
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
