Full Job Description Full-time or Part-time About Us:
Causey and Ye Law is a growing law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services with a focus on immigration and related matters. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner Prepare and complete immigration forms accurately and efficiently Draft, edit, and format court filings and legal correspondence Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and incoming/outgoing mail Schedule and assist with client meetings
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) required High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Excellent writing and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Legal-related major or prior experience in a legal setting strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Position Details:
Compensation commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling available
Location:
Primarily on-site at our St. Paul, MN office CPT/OPT sponsorship available
Pay:
