Job Description

Position Summary Trojack & Associate Law Office, P.A. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing Minnesota law firm. This position supports attorneys in probate, estate administration, trust and fiduciary litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and real estate matters. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, compassionate, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct telephone calls professionally and courteously. Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, and third parties. Draft, proofread, and edit pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents. Prepare and electronically file documents with state courts and government agencies. Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and document management systems. Schedule client meetings, hearings, depositions, and attorney appointments. Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other resources. Assist with probate and trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and real estate matters. Track case progress and support attorneys in meeting deadlines and project objectives. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required. Prior law firm or legal administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with Minnesota probate and estate procedures is strongly preferred. Experience with legal case management software, including iManage and PCLaw, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization, proofreading, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Why Join Us? Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
