We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting legal operations, managing case files, and assisting with litigation processes. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help ensure smooth legal workflows and effective communication across our firm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while contributing to impactful legal work. Responsibilities Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence with precision and efficiency Assist attorneys with litigation discovery processes, including document review and data collection Support attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and tracking legal documents and correspondence Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, courts, and external partners to facilitate case progression Assist in tracking deadlines and maintaining case calendars Qualifications We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional.
