This position provides a wide range of administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, possess a strong work ethic and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create and maintain electronic files in compliance with internal policies Maintain office calendar Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from team members Process daily incoming/outgoing mail E-file and paper file documents with state, federal and appellate courts Handle billing for assigned timekeepers Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of previous administrative experience is required - law firm experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Demonstrated initiative and self-direction Why Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP?
