Job Description

We are looking for a Paralegal to support real estate matters. This Long-term Contract opportunity is part-time at 20 hours per week and is ideal for someone who can keep files organized, move documentation through each stage efficiently, and ensure clients receive timely updates and completed materials. The role suits someone with prior real estate paralegal experience who is comfortable handling administrative file support and coordinating document flow in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate case files from intake through completion, keeping documents organized and tasks on schedule.
  • Prepare, process, and distribute closing-related materials and other file documents to clients and relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records to ensure files are accurate, complete, and easy to access.
  • Review active matters to confirm required paperwork has been received, filed properly, and routed for next steps.
  • Provide day-to-day backend support for real estate transactions by tracking progress and helping move files forward efficiently.
  • Assist with document handling and workflow tasks within a comparable real estate file management platform.
  • Communicate with internal team members and external contacts as needed to support smooth file processing and completion.
