Job Description

Paralegal Civil Trial Section ~ Jefferson City The Office of the Missouri Attorney General (Jefferson City location) has an opening for a paralegal in its Civil Trial Section. If you want to work closely with excellent attorneys on a variety of cases in both state and federal court and want to provide litigation support in court, you should apply for this position. Duties include investigating and preparing cases for jury trials, including client contact, discovery issues, motions preparation, and trial participation in a busy office. The qualified applicant must have a paralegal degree or equivalent as well as good telephone, organizational, and computer skills. Salary range is $50,000 to $57,000.
