Job Description
We are searching for a paralegal to join our team and provide excellent, professional service to our valued clients. Candidates are required to have a college degree, paralegal certification, or work equivalent experience, maintain a well-organized work environment, exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a critical thinker and self-starter while exercising sound judgment and decision-making practices. Job duties include but are not limited to: Work independently with attorney's instructions to move client matters forward Assist with drafting pleadings, legal documents, forms and letters Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and strategy Manage client communication and case coordination Mediation, trial, deposition, and hearing preparation including organizing and labeling paper and electronic media exhibits, documents and binders Calendar and track important deadlines and case reminders Create a client experience rooted in compassion, professionalism, and responsiveness Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
