Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support attorneys by managing legal documentation, assisting with litigation processes, and ensuring seamless case management. Your expertise will help streamline legal operations, facilitate effective communication within the team, and uphold the highest standards of procedural law. Duties Assist in managing legal teams by coordinating schedules, meetings, and case assignments to ensure efficient workflow Support litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case documents and evidence Draft, review, and edit legal writing including pleadings, motions, letters, and correspondence with precision and clarity Maintain comprehensive case management systems by tracking deadlines, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements Engage in contemporaneous time keeping within case management software Conduct procedural law research to ensure all filings and actions adhere to jurisdictional rules, court procedures, and deadlines Prepare case files for hearings or trials by compiling relevant documents and evidence in an organized manner Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy development and provide administrative support throughout legal proceedings Qualifications Proven experience managing legal teams or supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of procedural law and courtroom procedures applicable to various jurisdictions Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or corporate legal departments Skilled in litigation discovery assistance including document review, organization, and summarization Excellent legal writing abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law or related field; paralegal certification is preferred but not required Join us if you're eager to contribute your legal expertise in a vibrant environment that values professionalism, precision, and proactive problem-solving.
