Holloway & Hulling PLLC is a dedicated law firm serving Montana with expert legal representation in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury , and Family Law . Founded by Nate Holloway and Nathan Hulling in early 2023, our firm is committed to advocating for our clients with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and are looking to add a highly skilled paralegal to our growing team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in the legal field preferrably with Family Law .
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Support attorneys in managing cases, ensuring case files are organized and up to date.
Legal Research & Drafting:
Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
Client Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Document Preparation & Filing:
Prepare, organize, and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies in accordance with deadlines and legal requirements.
Trial Preparation:
Assist attorneys in preparing exhibits, case files, and documentation for hearings and trials.
Administrative Support:
Maintain case files, manage attorneys' calendars, and track important deadlines to ensure smooth case progression.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Family Law. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities. Proficient in legal case management software, and e-filing systems. Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Competitive Salary:
$ 22-30 per hour. Based on experience
