Paralegal - Express Employment Professionals |
Kalispell, MT Pay:
$24+/hour DOE Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a busy and respected local law office seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering competitive pay, benefits, 401(k), and paid vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, and witnesses Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and case-related materials Manage case files, medical records, and legal documentation Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and support attorneys throughout the case process Review records and documents for accuracy and case development Assist with personal injury and workers' compensation matters
Qualifications:
Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills Workers' Compensation experience is a plus, but not required
