We are hiring Retail Wireless Sales Consultants in Kalispell to help customers find wireless products, devices, and service options that fit their needs. This is a hands-on retail sales and customer service position with hourly pay plus opportunities to earn additional commission and bonuses based on performance. Whether you already have experience in retail or sales or you're looking to build those skills, you'll receive the training and product knowledge needed to get started. What You'll Do Day to Day As a Retail Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll spend your shifts working directly with customers and helping create a positive in-store experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and learning what they're looking for Asking questions to understand their wireless, device, and service needs Helping customers compare phones, devices, accessories, plans, upgrades, and available options Demonstrating device features and explaining products in a simple, helpful way Staying current on wireless products, promotions, pricing, and technology Recommending products and services based on each customer's individual needs Answering questions and helping customers throughout the sales process Building customer relationships and providing helpful follow-up when needed Working toward individual and team sales goals Helping maintain organized product displays and a clean, welcoming retail environment Working alongside your team during busy store hours to make sure customers are assisted quickly Pay & Benefits $15-$20 per hour , plus: Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Weekly pay Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time availability Hands-on training Opportunities for growth and advancement Your hourly rate provides consistent base pay, while commissions and bonuses give you the opportunity to increase your overall earnings through your individual performance. Full-Time & Part-Time Schedules Available Our retail locations are open 7 days a week , with operating hours generally ranging between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM . This does not mean employees work seven days a week. Individual schedules are created within those operating hours based on availability and business needs.

Full-Time:

Availability for a variety of retail shifts is preferred.

Part-Time:

Must be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week . Because this is retail, some evening and weekend availability is needed. We offer flexible scheduling and will discuss your availability during the hiring process. What We're Looking For You don't need years of wireless experience to be considered. We're looking for people who are comfortable interacting with customers and willing to learn.
