Job duties include:
Welcomes, announces, and follows protocol and procedures for clients and visitors. Prepares exhibits for trials and hearings as directed by attorneys. Answers and directs main Firm telephone calls and relays accurate messages as required. Extends hospitality services as necessary (e.g., prepares and offers beverages, directs clients and visitors throughout office, etc.). Schedules and coordinates locations for mediations, depositions, in-office and other meetings as directed by attorneys. Ensures reception, conference room, and visiting attorney areas are maintained to Firm standards. Manages conference room, attorney-client meeting, and attorney-client telephone reservations; adjusts meeting date/time as necessary and notifies appropriate parties of changes or updates; accurately maintains attorney calendar system on Outlook. Answers and completes new client consultation intake and schedules meeting with appropriate attorney. Receives incoming US mail and deliveries; saves/distributes to appropriate parties per protocol; prepares outgoing US mail. Files court documents as directed by attorney; prepares mailing and fax as directed to distributed filed documents. Manage Firm office supplies and prepare supply orders as necessary. Receive and accept client payments; accurately review client invoices to respond to client inquiries on balance owed, trust balances and trust allocation, etc.
Applicant must have:
High school diploma. Minimum of two years related experience and/or training. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Professional demeanor. Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
