Job Description

Are you a paralegal who thrives on getting things done while making every client feel cared for? We're reinventing our approach to personal injury cases and looking for the best of the best to join our high-performance pre-litigation team. At our firm, paralegals are deeply valued and play a central role in helping us achieve justice for injured people. Who We Are We're one of the largest and fastest-growing personal injury firms in North Carolina, recently named the Triangle's Best Large Company to Work For. Forty percent of our team has been with us more than five years — and we're looking for people with the character, values, and drive to keep that culture going. What We Offer Robust training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities State-of-the-art case management software — control your cases, rather than your cases controlling you Monday-Friday schedule Competitive salary and benefits, including paid family leave and 401(k) with match What the Day Looks Like You're the client's first point of contact — answering questions, actively providing updates, offering guidance through medical treatment, reviewing records, and keeping cases moving. You'll have the support and processes to succeed at every stage, but this isn't an order-taking role: you'll be expected to think critically and manage a high-volume caseload for a wide range of clients. It's fast-paced and a strong fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on clients' lives and help build a growing department. What We're Looking For At least one year of relevant legal experience (pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required Organized, decisive, and able to manage a high volume of work Comfortable learning new software and systems A genuine interest in providing "above and beyond" client service Must work full-time, Monday-Friday, from our downtown Durham or Raleigh office (remote work not available for this role) Candidates without legal experience will be considered for high-potential fit. Please include a cover letter explaining your interest and detailing relevant transferable skills. "Paralegals are the backbone of our firm. They often drive our success and consistently help us get better results for our clients. I'd put our team up against anyone's." — James S. Farrin
