We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant . As the primary point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our legal team. This is a full-time position with regular office hours in a fast paced environment. ```Duties``` Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Maintaining smooth and open communication with clients. Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar. Assisting with the filing and organization of legal documents. Providing general administrative support (photocopying, scanning, and faxing). Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Collaborating on other administrative tasks as needed. ```Requirements```
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role (6+ months), preferably in a legal or medical office environment.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Sales Ability:
Demonstrated skills in phone sales and lead capture or conversion.
Precision:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Availability:
Saturday availability required.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in using office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines) and technology.
Phone Etiquette:
Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette.
Customer Service:
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Bilingual Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish .
Software:
Proficiency in calendar management tools and appointment scheduling software.
Teamwork:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Availability:
Must be able to reliably work regular office hours with rotating Saturday availability.
Notary Public:
Being a Notary Public is required. You must be willing to get certified within the first 90 days of employment if you are not yet a notary.
References:
Must provide 3 references from the last 2 years of employment ( applications without references will not be considered ).
