Legal Practice Assistant / Litigation Legal Assistant Join our client's Complex and Commercial Litigation practice group and play a critical role in supporting high-stakes legal matters. This is an opportunity to keep complex cases moving, support attorneys through demanding litigation, and contribute to exceptional service for clients facing significant legal challenges.
Benefits & Extras:
Competitive salary of $60,000-$72,000, based on experience Full health benefits package Medical insurance available on your first day of employment Direct-hire, full-time opportunity 100% onsite role with a collaborative legal team Monday-Friday schedule with regular business hours
Compensation:
$60,000-$72,000 annually, depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and briefs Coordinate case timelines and manage critical deadlines Organize electronic and physical case files Support trial preparation, including exhibits and logistics Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and correspondence Review case-related documents and correspondence What You'll Need to be
Considered:
Be able to do the job as described. High School Diploma or equivalent Prior litigation experience Experience with federal and state court procedures Advanced federal and state court e-filing experience Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
