Real Estate Paralegal Reputable Triad area firm seeks experienced Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal with min 2 + year's experience managing a high volume of residential closings from start to finish. Softpro or Qualia experience required as well as NC Notary. This firm offers an excellent work atmosphere , strong benefit package, competitive salary range and superior reputation and longevity ! Responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize closing documents including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and title commitments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely closings. Review title reports to identify potential issues or encumbrances affecting property transfers. Manage the filing of legal documents in accordance with procedural law requirements and maintain meticulous case files. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process by conducting research and liaising with relevant parties. Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining compliance with privacy laws. Support attorneys in drafting legal correspondence, contracts, and other related documentation. Provide administrative assistance including scheduling appointments, managing communications via phone etiquette, and supporting general office operations.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
