Job Description Cline Donaldson PLLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join our growing Wilmington office. Confidential inquiries welcomed. We are looking for a professional who can independently manage a residential real estate pipeline from contract to closing while delivering exceptional service to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and fellow team members. This position is ideal for an experienced closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in running organized, efficient transactions. Responsibilities Manage residential real estate files from opening through post-closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and vendors throughout the transaction Review title commitments, surveys, payoff statements, and closing documents Prepare and coordinate closing packages Schedule and conduct closings with professionalism and confidence Maintain accurate file documentation and compliance requirements Work closely with attorneys to resolve title, closing, and transactional issues Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining attention to detail and client service standards Qualifications Prior experience as a real estate closing paralegal, closer, settlement agent, or similar role required Ability to independently manage a real estate closing pipeline Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Experience with SoftPro preferred Experience with Qualia preferred Knowledge of North Carolina residential real estate transactions strongly preferred Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance with employer contribution of 50% of employee premium 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions of up to 3% Paid holidays 10 days of paid leave annually 5 days of paid sick leave annually Professional, supportive work environment Opportunity for long-term growth with a growing law firm About Us Cline Donaldson PLLC is a growing law firm based in Wilmington, North Carolina, serving clients across residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, business law, and litigation. $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
