We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our collaborative team and support a wide range of business, banking, and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized experience in corporate, commercial lending, and real estate transactions while working closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated legal matters. Position Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, organizational documents, resolutions, and annual filings Prepare, review, and organize documents relating to business, commercial lending, and real estate transactions Support attorneys in business mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending transactions, commercial leasing, and other business and real estate related transactions Assist with UCC, corporate, and title-related due diligence matters as directed by supervising attorneys Coordinate transaction files from inception through closing, including document organization, due diligence materials, signatures, closing binders, and post-closing file maintenance Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, governmental agencies, and other third parties as directed by supervising attorneys Maintain confidentiality of client matters and firm information Work within established deadlines while producing accurate, high-quality work product Qualifications Required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Preferred 5 plus years' experience working in a law firm (business and/or real estate practice areas) or corporate legal department practice Experience with corporate, business, or real estate transactions Associate's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent legal experience Experience with Microsoft 365, document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and legal practice management software is a plus
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
