This position is for an experienced commercial real estate paralegal with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who is looking to be part of an experienced team and building a long-term career with us. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys complex and fast-moving responsibilities, managing multiple moving parts, solving problems, communicating with the various parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities Open and manage commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing Order and coordinate title examinations, municipal lien certificates, tax information, UCC searches, payoff statements, zoning information, GIS mapping, and other due diligence items Compile, organize, review, and track transaction due diligence materials Communicate with lenders, attorneys, borrowers, sellers, municipalities, and other parties throughout the transaction process Prepare settlement statements, agendas, closing documents, and other transaction-related documents Review title commitments, title abstracts, and supporting documentation Coordinate critical dates, deadlines, and closing requirements Assist with closing preparation, document review, recording, policy issuance, and post-closing matters Review loan packages and closing documents for completeness and accuracy Independently respond to routine transaction-related communications and inquiries Qualifications Commercial real estate, title, legal, or related experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions simultaneously Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including
