Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client is seeking a skilled and personable Legal Assistant to support their Business Law practice in Dover, NH. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 2-5 years of law firm experience who enjoys variety, client interaction, and working closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Open and close client files; coordinate conflict checks and engagement letters Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files (electronic and paper) Support attorneys with document preparation, correspondence, and pleadings Manage calendars, deadlines, and case timelines Communicate with clients and other legal professionals as needed Assist with general administrative and case-related tasks What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm Working knowledge of New Hampshire court rules, deadlines, and procedures Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience with Filevine and LMS is a plus (not required) This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful work helping clients build and protect their businesses.
