DOE Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, subpoenas, interrogatories, and settlement demands Assist with discovery, document management, and trial preparation Request, review, and organize medical records and evidence Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel File documents electronically in

State and Federal Courts Qualifications:

2-5 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience Personal injury experience required Knowledge of State and Federal Court procedures Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent benefits package available, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and career growth opportunities.
