Job Overview Full-Time Receptionist/Legal Assistant - Poulin Hurley Makris & Lyons P.A. a Manchester, NH law firm seeks a full-time receptionist/legal assistant. Must be detail-oriented, experience with dealing with people in a professional environment and with robust organizational skills, preferably in an administrative setting. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, managing all front-desk activities with professionalism and courtesy Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate team members while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Draft, proofread, and review legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings and reports with attention to detail and confidentiality Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining organized records in compliance with procedural law requirements Requirements Proven experience in professional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional legal support!
