This position could grow into a full-time, year-round role for the right candidate. Ideal for a college student or someone seeking a long-term opportunity in a professional office. Responsibilities include assisting with daily office operations, client communications, vendor relations, light bookkeeping and billing, preparing legal documents, organizing files, and providing general administrative and legal support. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. An interest in the legal field or pursuing a legal career is a plus, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a law firm, perform meaningful work, and build a long-term career in a supportive environment.
