LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company near Passaic, NJ, is seeking an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and modifying documents including lease agreements, lease amendments, service agreements, and other documents Tracking lease provisions and administration Abstracting leases Creating summaries and charts Handling correspondence including mail and phones Preparing binders Scheduling meetings and depositions Scheduling meetings Maintaining calendars Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

3+ years of recent paralegal experience Real estate and/or leasing experience preferred Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong MS Office knowledge Excellent communication skills Very organized Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
