Our culture is supportive, respectful, and grounded in the understanding that the best work happens when people feel balanced and appreciated. 💼 About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on-site in Edison, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit environment and is deeply passionate about helping clients navigate life-changing immigration processes. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by making a meaningful difference in people's lives—this could be the perfect fit. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy Prepare, review, and assemble immigration petitions and applications Conduct legal research and support case strategy development Liaise with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, etc.) Maintain accurate and organized case files Track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously Provide general administrative and case support as needed ✅ Qualifications 3-4 years of hands-on immigration law experience (family-based and employment-based cases preferred) Experience with employment-based visas:
O-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-1, NIW
, etc. Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Familiarity with legal case management systems and software ❤️ Why Join Us?
