Pico, LLC, a distinguished legal practice located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Probate Paralegal to join our professional team on a part-time basis. This position requires a dedicated professional who demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and can independently manage estate probate matters from start to finish. Our firm provides an excellent environment for continued professional growth and development. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of estate probate proceedings Prepare and file probate documents with New Jersey courts Communicate with beneficiaries, executors, and other parties Manage estate administration timelines and deadlines Coordinate with financial institutions, appraisers, and other professionals Maintain detailed case files and documentation Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of New Jersey probate experience required Demonstrated ability to handle estate probate matters of varying complexity Strong knowledge of New Jersey probate laws and procedures New York probate experience is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
