We have an opening for Full Time Legal Assistant/Secretary Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5
PM Hackettstown, New Jersey Summary:
We are seeking an organized and motivated legal assistant to multiple attorneys. Real Estate experience a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Draft, revise & format a variety of documents including letters, memorandums, agreements, and resolutions. Organizing attorney calendars and deadlines. Communication with clients. Process new client/matters, maintain client files and ensure proper filing of documents.
Qualifications :
Professional Work Ethic. Overall understand of the status of files and upcoming tasks. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel and Outlook). Experience with document management systems a plus (Epona). Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
