Company Description Roselli Griegel Lozier PC is a law firm serving clients in Hamilton Square, NJ and the surrounding area. The firm values professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication in all interactions. Role Description Responsibilities, including but not limited to, are organizing case files, managing calendars, deadlines, and court dates. This role requires preparation and review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness and maintaining electronic and physical records. Verbal and electronic communication with clients, courts, and third parties, and assistance with correspondence, filings and service of documents. This position requires working closely with attorneys to ensure timely case progression and consistent adherence to firm procedures. Qualifications Effective Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner. Document Review skills to check for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court and firm requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft office software Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site law firm environment. Prior experience as a legal assistant is preferred. d.
