This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with a deep understanding of personal injury law to take a leading role in client case management at a dynamic and fast-paced firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, medical record retrieval, insurance communications, and settlement package preparation. Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence in connection with litigation support. Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel to ensure efficient case progression. Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and documentation through the case lifecycle. Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials. Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Provide general administrative support related to personal injury matters.

Qualifications:

Speaks fluent English and Spanish Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures, terminology, and case handling. Proven experience managing personal injury cases independently. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
