Job Description

Role Summary This role supports a high-volume foreclosure litigation practice, assisting attorneys with end-to-end case preparation, document management, and court filing coordination. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision Insurance 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Employee recognition programs Wellness resources and employee assistance program (EAP) Employee referral program with bonus incentives Key Responsibilities Case & Document Management Request, track, and follow up on legal documents from courts, clients, and third parties Review dockets and public records to monitor case progress, filings, and recordings Handle original documents, recordings, and court filings in accordance with procedures Legal Drafting & Support Draft motions, proposed orders, affidavits, pleadings, and sale-related documents for attorney review Perform quality control checks on legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify issues in the foreclosure/sale process and proactively escalate or resolve Client & Court Coordination Communicate with clients regarding account status across multiple systems Coordinate hearings with opposing counsel and prepare required documentation Support attorneys with general litigation and administrative legal tasks Team & Operational Support Cross-train and assist other departments to ensure workflow continuity Support high-volume production goals in a fast-paced legal environment Requirements 2+ years of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal support, or similar legal role Foreclosure or creditor's rights experience strongly preferred Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Positive, team-oriented attitude Schedule Monday to Friday EST 8 hour shift and overtime as needed
