Job Description Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial opening through closing and post-closing. Prepare and maintain deal files, transaction checklists, closing documents, and related records. Draft and revise transaction documents, correspondence, and organizational documents. Coordinate and review due diligence materials, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documentation. Prepare signature packages, closing binders, and post-closing deliverables. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction professionals. Prepare closing statements and assist with escrow-style closings. Maintain accurate time entries and transaction records. Track multiple transactions, deadlines, and deliverables to keep deals moving efficiently. Travel locally as needed for client meetings and closings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm environment. Experience with commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, entity formation, and closing coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax. Strong organization, communication, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one is preferred. Experience obtaining EINs and preparing related IRS forms is a plus. Willingness to work occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends when transaction needs require it.
