Quinn River Edge, NJ Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook E-filing platforms Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Legal drafting Full Job Description Established law firm seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Paralegal to join our team in a pleasant, informal office environment. This long-term position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in the daily operations of the firm while working closely with attorneys, clients, and business professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage front-end office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, courts, and businesses. Maintain and coordinate the firm's cloud-based calendar and scheduling systems. Manage billing software and assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks. Draft correspondence, legal documents, and other materials as directed. Organize, maintain, and manage case files from inception through conclusion. Assist with document management and electronic filing through online court systems. Provide general administrative and office support to ensure efficient firm operations.
Qualifications:
Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to learn and effectively use billing, document management, and online court filing systems. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a legal support role or professional office environment is preferred.
