Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit conflict checks; assist with opening and closing matters Open, organize, and maintain client and files both in electronic and paper filing systems Use the Firm's docketing program Assist with attorney time entries Type a variety of legal documents from rough and oral drafts Proofread documents and correspondence for spelling/grammar Coordinate, schedule and calendar meetings Submit vendor invoices and expense reports through Chrome River Other administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to identify and escalate issues as needed Polished verbal and written communication skills Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with assigned attorneys and other colleagues Ability to manage details and maintain a high level of organization on multiple projects Ability to maintain confidential information The anticipated salary range for this role is $64,000 - $74,000 per year. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
