Full Job Description Commercial Real Estate Paralegal:
Growing law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to manage commercial and industrial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing. Must have strong experience with title and survey review, entity formation, due diligence, closing documents, and transaction coordination. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Full-time, in-office | $80K-$100K | Excellent Benefits | Bonus Potential | Growth Opportunities.
