Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support complex real estate transactions and legal processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document preparation, research, and case management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, collaborating with attorneys on various property matters. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, and title documents. Manage document review and case files using document management systems such as Leap. Support due diligence processes by reviewing titles, liens, UCC filings, and environmental reports. Draft and proofread legal correspondence, reports, and summaries with high accuracy. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation complies with firm standards and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and project completion. Provide executive administrative support as needed to attorneys regarding scheduling, communication management, and meeting coordination. Experience Paralegal experience in a law office or legal environment specializing in real estate. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent writing skills . Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience are essential. This position offers an engaging work environment for a dedicated paralegal eager to contribute to complex real estate cases while expanding their expertise across multiple practice areas within the firm's dynamic legal team.
Pay:
$55,900.00 - $65,000.00 per year
