We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented and able to successfully multi-task. The work will involve providing support for three attorneys. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as an administrative assistant in a law office, be very familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and should be able to type at least 65+ WPM.Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist clients at office or by telephone
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks, filings, scanning
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of experience in a law office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and unwavering sense of responsibility
- Fully familiar with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook) & Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Must be able to type at least 65 wpm
