The position requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to handle a very high volume of cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily prepare PIP arbitration submissions, but may include the preparation of Action Plans. Perform the above duties with minimal supervision. Handle special projects as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with requisite experience Relevant PIP legal experience and knowledge of NJ Forthright Must be competent with basic Microsoft operating systems and programs. Must have strong interpersonal, typing, computer and phone skills. Salary Range The pay range for this position is $31 - $40 hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
