Experience in elder law and estate planning is preferred. Responsibilities Provide administrative and backend support to the attorney Proficient at drafting estate documents Preparation of Medicaid Applications Preparation of surrogate court documents Organize and maintain client files and legal documents Assist with general office tasks as needed Qualifications Prior law firm experience required Elder law & estate planning experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Professional and personable Ability to maintain confidentiality
