$75,000-$100,000 (commensurate with experience) About Ironhorn Enterprises Ironhorn Enterprises is a dynamic and fast-growing commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of industrial properties. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to support our legal and property management operations. Job Summary The Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting our legal team and property management division. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate legal matters, including contract administration, lease enforcement, evictions, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities Contract Review:
Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of leases, vendor agreements, purchase agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
Property Management Legal Support:
Work closely with the property management team to address legal issues such as tenant defaults, evictions, lease enforcement, and dispute resolution.
Estoppels, SNDAs, and Terminations:
Provide support in the preparation and review of estoppel certificates, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs), and lease termination documents.
Document Management:
Maintain and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Compliance:
Monitor and help ensure compliance with applicable real estate, zoning, and lease laws and regulations.
Liaison Role:
Act as a key point of contact between legal counsel, internal teams, tenants, and outside vendors to facilitate the resolution of legal and operational matters.
Legal Research:
Research federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations; track legislative changes impacting commercial property operations.
