) Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the team. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Candidate must be dedicated, hard-working, detail-oriented and be committed to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Answering, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receiving, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Scheduling and confirm appointments.
- Welcoming visitors.
- Handling basic clerical duties (scanning, filing)
- Assisting with supplies management.
