Queens plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking a (BILINGUAL
SPANISH SPEAKING
) Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the team. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Candidate must be dedicated, hard-working, detail-oriented and be committed to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receiving, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Scheduling and confirm appointments.
  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Handling basic clerical duties (scanning, filing)
  • Assisting with supplies management.
